With this piece, I was thinking about the spark of life as this eternally recurring principle of the universe. The origin is infinitely mysterious, yet somehow is likely manifesting all across the cosmos. It’s truly a wonder that we’re here at all, and this spark is perhaps our connection to the sacred relationship between matter and spirit. Reflecting on the root of Being is a deep meditative practice for me, and sitting with the mystery inspires me to create more than most anything else. May we honor this mystical source via conscious actions and the expression of love.
